when it comes to service this place is the worst. they basically force you to make an appointment which they don't honor. arrived early to my appointment and took 30 minuted to check in. when you complain about how long it takes to service my truck I am told well their is national shortage on technicians so what would you like us to do. these guys don't care.

The service department was great and repaired my auto within the estimate and the time frame (even finished a bit early!!)

Buying out my lease was waaaay more painful than any Lease i have bought out in the past. It wasted a huge part of my day. Instead of immediately sitting with finance i had to sit with a salesman who went back and forth with prices between me and the finance guy. I already knew i was buying out the lease so why haggle prices with me. Other dealerships have sat down with me done the bank search and prices right away, no haggle, no fakeness. Super easy transaction! Contacted Mountain States Toyota from the Western Slope of Colorado, got a price, drove over and picked it up. No hidden fees, no last minute price increase. Very happy with Tim Gorzelnik and Andrue Pinney! This is our 3rd Toyota 4Runner (265,000 miles and 250,000 miles). Can't go wrong with this car!
