Took our new RAV 4 in for service and warranty work. Our salesman was great. Very helpful, paid attention to our availability and had everything set up when we brought the RAV in. My only issue was with the service department. I had fingerprints and dirt smudges inside the car where the warranty work was done.
When I go, they are always checking to be sure there are not mandated repairs and make good recommendations. When I went in for my last oil change, I asked for an extra car wash that would include the insides of my windows. They did a poor job so I took it back and they took extra care to remedy the problem in a very quick and efficient manner. The windows are beautifully clean now! Good job, Mtn States!
