I purchased my 2015 Toyota Hybrid Camry from Mountain States and until yesterday have always had very positive services experiences. Yesterday I took my car in for snow tires for a 10:00 a.m. appointment. I waited in my car in line for over 1 hour. The three hour service took five hours. When I came to pick up my car the bill included tire disposal charges, when my summer tires were still in good shape. Great staff, great cars and great prices. It was well worth the 19 hour round trip to go to Mountain States Toyota to buy my new Tundra. I'm loving my new truck and don't think I will ever venture away from the Tundra. My last Tundra lasted me 10 years without any issues at all and still didn't when I traded it in. I fully expect I will keep this one even longer.

Recently purchased a used Scion. Overall the buying experience was great. The facility is nice, the staff was helpful & friendly. It was an "as is" purchase and I understood that but was blind sided the next day when I had to put new tires on because two of the tires had impact bubbles. The place I went to get the new tires was surprised that it was sold to me in that condition.
