this is what a car dealership should be like. painless experience. great staff. Gabriel was great to work with. he advised me that my car would probably be done by 1130 am. he said that he would call ME when my car was done. HE called me at 1110 and said my car was done. at other dealerships I was told to call them and check on the progress. my other car is a jeep, larry h Miller should take lessons from mountain states toyota. I'm selling my jeep and buying another toyota from mtn states.

We purchased a new Tacoma and the process was the best vehicle buying experience we've ever had. Travis took care of us in E-Sales, Michael with the actual sale, and Paula in Financing. All of them treated us like family. Travis went out of his way to meet our needs and Michael exceeded our expectations. A real all-around good guy.
