They lost my business forever over a small issue with the windshield wiper arm. I had bought 5 new Toyota from them and they wouldn't fix a bad arm because I put after market blades on- in an attempt to fix the issue myself. I hope the $40 dollar part was worth it.

The entire experience could have been better if they did not sell us a car with mold in it. At first we noticed a strange smell. We thought that we could remedy the situation by getting the car detailed. When we took it in to get cleaned, the detailer pointed out that there was mold growing under the driver’s seat. We took the car back to the dealership right away. They used a chemical bomb which was very nasty to breathe. At one point we had to use a mask just be able to drive to work. My brother and I went in over the weekend to look at and purchase a new car. He was a first time car buyer and Chris Ellerbrock in sales was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we wanted and told us all the ins and outs of all the features and answered every question we had about the car. He made the process easy and enjoyable for my brother. I will definitely be coming in to work with Chris again if me or anyone I know is looking to buy a car.
