After a horrific accident a couple weeks ago totaling my car, I knew I wanted another Rav4 The new 2020 ravs are GORGEOUS and even more reliable and smooth than other models I made an inquiry at MST and was contacted immediately With the Rona affecting everyone, I made an appointment in advance and knowing what I wanted and needed to do, I just walked in and got the car in less than 2 hours! I had a creaking popping sound in my truck. The service guy told me it was my step tubes and they needed to be replaced. He had them replaced and charged me for the new step tubes. This wasn’t the problem. I went in the next day and the creaking popping sound was still there loud as day. Now I have to still pay for the step tubes and which is total BS because they threw out my old step tubes. I told them to take the new step tubes off and I will not be returning.

Found a car through Car gurus, called the dealer and set up a time to visit them and see the car. During the first call I was talked to Travis and he told the pros and cons about the car in question (no one else does that) I did a pre-qualification over the internet and showed up at the time set.
