You can improve by making me NOT wait 20 min to get checked in. I see everyone else getting checked in around me, and their cars taken to the garage. I heard one of the girls in the garage flirting with her boyfriend on the phone. I was soo mad. I had to complain to one of the other girls, then she checked me in right away. This long wait has happened to me the last 3 times I've been there, whether I have an appointment or not. Having worked at a auto dealership in the past and owned Toyota’s for 15+ years I can say I have had my fair share of experiences with Toyota dealers. I know what an average dealer vs an excellent dealer is, Mountain States Toyota in Denver Colorado falls in a category of its own. They do it right. From A to Z they hit on all cylinders. Robert Flageolle is one of the best service advisors I have ever had. Service your vehicle with him ! Thanks to Mountain State for being a stand up business.

The experience at Mountain State Toyota was awesome. I worked with Jake Morin who was super helpful, not pushy, and worked to help us get exactly what we wanted at a price we could handle. Everyone at the Dealership was extremely nice and we couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience.

I just picked up my 2020 Tacoma from Mountain States and it was easily the most enjoyable car buying experience I've had. I first stopped by the dealership in September and met with Dylan (highly recommend) and even though I didn't buy until December, I felt like this was the dealership to buy from.
