I will never go back, from the misinformation to having an issue that was never resolved to writing a letter to a supervisor, to never getting a call back on two separate occasions for two separate issues. Having a business myself, customer service alone is huge for me and Mountain Family Health definitely lacks that with the office employees. And also if you go to an actual doctors office they are actually less expensive.
I'm so sad about this supervisor nurse that I talked Wednesday morning .. I was asking for app. And she was so bad and rude ... So I ask if I can talk to the supervisor and she said ADIOS ...... :( my name is Rutb Martinez Hernandez.......
