Mountain Family treats the whole person with the integrated care they offer.
I have been to both the Rifle and Glenwood offices for care. The quality of health care by everyone I came in contact with was excellent. I never felt rushed nor did the doctors. They spent more time with me and I paid less then I have at a private doctors office. Thank you.
Would rate this zero stars if I could!! Went multiple times to the Rifle location, and the issue was never resolved. Called and left a message regarding the diagnosis and had a med question, didn’t hear back for 3 days, so I called and made a complaint, 2 weeks later never heard a call back, so called again and spoke with someone that handles the complaints, was told I would receive a call back within 48 hours.. go figure.. 3 weeks later and not a single phone call!! I had an appointment with Dr. Annelise Heckert at the Basalt office. I found Dr. Heckert and the rest of the staff professional, thorough and personable. As a new person in the area, I feel blessed to have found them. I had called several offices in Aspen, however, they required me to pay for the office visit, blood work and anything else I wanted up front and then have Medicare reimbursement me. I have been going to MFH since I moved to the area. I love my pcp as well as the nurses and staff. It has gotten easier to book appointments and call with questions. Great for all my preventative and healthcare needs throughout the year!
