the worst customer service in this field that I have ever come across. absolutely unproffesional staff with complete lack of general knowledge. I'm completely dissatisfied and never coming here. I was trying to schedule an appointment for the first time, 7 phone calls and 3 staff members later all were incredibly rude and indecent. I'm completely Shocked that this behavior is even being tolerated. I had the best experience! The PA was so knowledgeable and caring. We did not feel rushed. The assistants drawing blood and helping answer mental health questions were amazing! THANK YOU FOR BEING SUCH A KIND AND THOROUGH TEAM!
