The people are very friendly and more than capable. Dr Bowers and her staff are caring and effifient.
I've been going to University Park Dental for nearly 14 years and actually get excited when it's time to go for my 6-month cleanings. Everyone is always so great, it hardly feels like you're at the dentist, except for the fact that their hands are in your mouth :)
Excellent as usual. Dental Tech Alisa was thorough and gentle, and Dr. Bowers knows each patient personally.
This visit as many others in the past was was performed following the highest standards. Dr. Bowers and her team are top notch. I had my scheduled cleaning and evaluation done this time but I have experienced a wide variety of services and care from Dr. Bowers, all excellent.
Dr. Bowers and her staff are wonderful. They have treated our whole family since my children's first cleanings. They always go above and beyond to make sure we have a good experience. Last year when I had a dental emergency, Dr. Bowers even called me at home on the weekend to check on me. Her staff is great at putting my kids at ease. Billing and referrals are easy as well. I couldn't be happier with the care we receive.
I brought my 2 year old in with my older children for their routine cleaning and the staff allowed my curious toddler to sit in and observe. They were so gentle and accommodating. It will make her first trip to the dentist a breeze. The staff was also able to file down a chipped tooth that had been bothering me before closing down for the evening.
I love Soledad and all of the dental hygienists at University Park Dental, which is why I have been going there for at least four years. Soledad is always incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. Even though I am moving out of the neighborhood, I still plan to come back here because the staff is so wonderful, kind, and efficient. I have had nothing but positive experiences at University Park Dental. :)
Dr. Soledad is the best dentist we have ever been to for both myself and husband and young children. She is thorough, practical, preventative, and truly cares about her patients. I have come to trust her very much. The office staff and assistants are just as wonderful and helpful with billing, questions, appointments, etc.!
I had a great experience with my teeth cleaning appointment yesterday. My teeth have never felt better. Tracy is great-so kind, thorough and thoughtful!
