Ms. Garvey, We are being as accommodating as we can during this time. We have made concessions in Our policies to help get through this. Our contract states that there would be no refund if cancelled inside 60 days prior to arrival, a $100 cancel fee as well as the non refundable processing fee would be charged. What a great reservation office! I had to change my reservation a couple times due to the Coronavirus pandemic. The people I spoke to were the most polite, courteous, understanding individuals. They were more than accommodating to my needs. I have never rented from them before, but will be a life long renter from them! Beyond unbelievable!
We were forced to cancel our trip because of the current state of the world's health with the Coronavirus and they kept a 10% service fee. How could a business ethically think in the most dire situation we have ever experienced in our lifetime that is a sound business decision. I'm disgusted. And will NEVER use this company again.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. If I could choose zero stars, I would. They have been completely unsupportive, unavailable and greedy during the unprecedented national emergency of the Corona Virus. The night we flew into SLC all slopes in Park City closed. I tried multiple ways to reach them to no avail. They finally emailed me the next day that their loyalty was to their owners and I would have had to cancel 30 days in advance to get any money back.
