Just stayed at LumberJack Rack cabin and jacuzzi tub nor fireplace worked. Called this to their attention and they said the repairman said we didn't want it fixed? Who would have said that? Please take my advice and do not rent from them!!!! Poor customer service!
I’m a travel agent and booked this for a family only to find the main TV not working, a slanted pool table, and no Wi-Fi even though I had called before booking and was assured there would be. Can’t go out and about due to Covid, and now they spent a lot of money on a cabin without activities. Also no a/c No air main floor bedroom, the China closet glass was broken when they came in Someone left their insulin pen in the chair in kitchen which tells me they didn’t clean and sterilize . We have purchased the Groupon coupon twice now. Both times we have had clean cabins with all the necessary items, friendly customer service, and an easy rental process. We are always anticipating our next trip to Tennessee! Thank you for doing such a great job!
I spoke with Gina on multiple occasions regarding my reservation, she was extremely helpful, understanding and informative. they are very upfront and honest people.
What a great reservation office! I had to change my reservation a couple times due to the Coronavirus pandemic. The people I spoke to were the most polite, courteous, understanding individuals. They were more than accommodating to my needs. I have never rented from them before, but will be a life long renter from them! Beyond unbelievable!
Just got back from a wonderful 4 nights stay @ Adventure Lodge with my family this cabin was nothing but perfect kids loved the indoor pool, the decor was unbelievable nice, found nothing out of the way nice peaceful setting loved The bedrooms & the beautiful porch!!The staff was wonderful as always they go above & beyond to make sure u have a wonderful stay will always be our#1 cabin rental company!! Highly Recommended!!!!!! Already booked for next year
