We are close to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Dollywood, Ripley's Aquarium, many dinner shows and theaters, local arts and crafts, and a variety of other activities like horseback riding, indoor skydiving, zip lining, miniature golf, and miles and miles of go cart tracks! Or visit several great outlet malls with over 250 shops.

We stayed in The Getaway May 17-20th 2017 and we just loved the chalet! Very clean, beautiful decor colors, amazing king size bed and Big Jacuzzi tub right in the bedroom with the outdoor Hot Tub right outside the bedroom on the huge deck! We got to see some bears! One on our first day there climbed up our porch but not all the way! Don't be worried because it ran off after my boyfriend beat on the porch! Truly amazing! We stayed in the Country Charm cabin and it was lovely. Just what we needed to get away for the weekend. The only thing was the fireplace wasn't working and when we went it was cold. I would definitely rent again from Mountain Air. We used our Groupon and filled out the paperwork and just called the day of and got the code to the cabin. Thank you it was a great trip. We stayed May 5th-8th!!
We had a fantastic time on this family vacation! We stayed in the Hillbilly Hilton and used a Groupon deal. The cabin was clean, well maintained, and had the most amazing view! The staff at Mountain Air was extremely helpful and so kind. Do the required paperwork early and email it in! We did this and went straight to the cabin, just had to call to get the code the day of check-in. This was our first trip to TN and we can't wait to come back. We will definitely use Mountain Air again.
We stayed in the Eagles Ridge cabin and it was absolutely beautiful. The view was fantastic, the cabin was super clean and comfortable. There's so much to see and do in town. All in all, great vacation spot.
I was a cabin owner and my cabin "This is It" got destroyed in the devastating fire !! I have been with Mountain Air Cabins for several years ! I can honestly say that this is the Very Best Rental Company in the Great Smokey Mountain ! They keep all of there cabins clean and they are Awesome to deal with. Customer service is Excellent...THANKS SO MUCH Mountain Air Cabins !! Your the Best. Keep up the awesome work...
