If I were to rate our experience with Mountain Air Cabin rentals solely based off my most recent trip, I would probably rate below a "1 Star" if it were an option. The staff at Mountain Air Cabin Rentals are the best in Pigeon Forge. Always friendly, always there to help you with your rentals, and the best in Pigeon Forge to do business with. We will not rent from anyone but Mountain Air Cabin Rentals. Their prices cannot be beat. We always look forward to coming back and renting ftom them. See yall real soon.
We stayed at Barely Rustic and we couldn't have asked for a better cabin! Easy to find, close to town, well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels/washcloths, very clean, neatly kept. I can't say enough good things about the company and the cabin we will definitely stay there again!!!
We stayed a week at The Hill Billy Hilton Cabin...Stacy at the office is a jewel and treated us very well...No complaints on that...But my only complaints would be a little updating...I went out and bought my own frying pan because the TFal pans were circa 1985...warped badly...dryer works but not great...No WIFI...even though I thought the ad said different...But all in all we loved it...breathtaking views...very quiet...We could've stayed another week;)
