Have used them in the past and seemed to be focused on the customer. We had to cancel our week in July due to covid. The house has been rented so owner/resort property are not losing money on us - in fact, we were willing to pay the 10% cancellation fee but then they tacked on additional fees! Very greedy owners and property management. Will NOT use again

RecommendedI want to give Relax on the Beach Vacation Rentals and Realty a shout out for their amazing customer service. We had organized a senior trip for the first week of June and according to their cancellation policy, you have to cancel x amount of days before your check in date. We have passed that date and even though our reservation is a month after the stay at home order, they have still honored our cancellation with no additional fees or keeping us "stuck" paying the reservation.
