What a welcome at that! LIVE Cockroaches everywhere! When we called the girl says “what size are they?” “Oh it’s just because of the warm weather.” The girl was so rude. Umm negative we’ve been coming to Florida once even twice a year never have we stayed at a place with LIVE cockroaches IN THE CLOSETS, CABINETS, UNDER THE TABLE! Never again will we rent from relax on the beach!

Worst management.. we rented a house in sea pines with a screened in porch / pool. The house and screened in Area were full of mosquitoes.. a house full of people with young kids (one a newborn) getting bites while sleeping and killing multiple mosquitoes inside the noise was upsetting and not acceptable ... management had an attitude and placed the blame back on us (he asked us “are you wearing bug spray?”Inside we shouldn’t have to wear bug spray). Lack of empathy and customer service by this management team...

RecommendedOn our way home from a fun filled week with our extended family in Coast is Clear. Even with a rip tide to start the week and storms to end it, the kids (and adults) all had a great time! Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise with us!

RecommendedHad a great week, thanks Resort Vacation Properties. Check in and check out couldn’t have been easier, all information needed provided before arrival, had a coffee pot not working and was quickly replaced. House was clean and vicinity to board walk and beach was just as promised! Will definitely rent from them again.
