The homes we’ve rented are always lovely, well-appointed & very clean - any issues have been speedily addressed (unless out of their control - one year the whole island lost power for days...). RecommendedWe just left beautiful Sgi yesterday.We stayed a week at South wind.We were originally supposed to be in Lonesome Palm but were notified a before before that it was not ready.We were offered 3 homes and chose South wind .So glad this happened. It is a beautiful,remodeled home.This is our first time having a private pool and it was wonderful. Of course grandkids will always want a pool now.RVP especially Josie were wonderful and we were given an early check in for our trouble.

RecommendedBeth Brinkley is a rock star! After a last minute property mix-up that was totally out of RVP's control, Beth made it right. We ended up in a beautiful beachfront property that was so amazing that we're already booking it for 2020. Beth and her team were super friendly and extremely compassionate, making an already stressful week that much more appreciated when we stepped onto her SGI property. Many thanks to RVP and to St. George Island for another spectacular vacation!
Can’t believe because I didn’t realize travel insurance wasn’t already on my vacation as it always had been before and now vacation has been paid in full they won’t let me put on insurance on will think twice before booking with them again :not happy
On top of Vacasa's bogus email, the general manager at North Shore Place was just as disregarding as Vacasa. He would in no way try to make it right for us, just a very callused "sorry you feel that way" attitude. Beware of booking with places like this who set you up to only let you down big time with bogus emails they cannot support. Once you pay, it is just too bad!
