I called to ask about some rentals. A woman answered the phone with what sounded like a mouth full of food. When I asked her if she would help me look, she quickly said “Sure, sure” and hung up. Never even hearing from her. What a rude company. I’ll take my money elsewhere... and I did find something way nicer then what bayside could ever offer.

Booked a reservation with RVP on Monday and have spent the whole week arranging work schedules for all of my friends only to receive a call this morning that they charged me the wrong rate. They changed my lease agreement which was in writing and the first payment made. There is an error policy on the website but it does not state that rates can be changed after booking and payment! DO NOT USE THIS RENTAL COMPANY!!! I booked a house big enough for 15 people in mid February (for a stay in June), so we all booked our flights, including a couple from Germany, and the property manager decided to cancel our reservation at the end of April just stating that the owner wanted weekly rentals only. So if that's the case, why didn't your description say that at the time of booking? And why did it take over 6 weeks for you to let me know? update: They gave us a partial discount for our issues. We had a terrible experience. Our hot tub didn't work, jacuzzi tub didn't work. We called their emergency numbers no answer and no return call. They wouldn't refund our money or even give a discounted rate. We will never use them again.
RecommendedOur stay at Nihi Kai 806 was fantastic. The condo is spacious and comfortable with many extras. Beautiful view of the ocean. Great location. We highly recommend Nihi Kai 806.
