Our rental home had some major problems, which RotB declined to address.
RENTER BEWARE We arrived February 23 2019 with our pup after 10 hours of driving on the road to find the 2 end units on the far side of our block were destroyed in a fire Nov 7 2018. Noting plastic tarps on our roof, we inspected the property only to find there was a large spot of water damage on the master bedroom ceiling. RecommendedLove Sunset rentals. Stayed in a house we liked twice so far but trying some other properties out. No problems and lovely homes!
Horrible property management company. Our HOA uses them and they are horrible at enforcing rules and taking care of business. Rules are only applied to certain residents. Our property has a barely functioning laundry room, they have a maintenance man who is probably not even qualified to clean toilets in a campground. Mountain Property management is not good at managing aesthetics, or any other underlying problems with the properties they manage.
