These reviews must obviously be fake in light of the comprehensively damning CQC report. Appalling management putting occupants at risk

I've not been living at MVT for long its been just over a month and i can honestly say i love the home its got so many caring people like staff, management and other residents. a lot of homes would say asking them to stay longer than their hours is unhealthy and not good but when you think about it something must be done right otherwise residents would be saying they want them to go. After living in care for 10 years i can finally say im home i see the people in the home as my extended family, i know im cared about and safe.... read more

Used to be a very good place until the business switched to a new owner. Everything went downhill since. Was a good place for me but owners ruined it for the original staff. The owner is money motivated and does not care for staff or residents, only wants to know how to make more money. All good reviews are fake to cover up the bad reviews. Beware when working at this place, you won’t even get a reference as they will refuse to as they would have wanted to give you a bad reference. Very many happy memories at this place unti... read more
