This was my first time appointment with ENT at 5 E 98th Street. My overall impression was Dr. T he listened to what I was telling him about my issues. For me it is vital that any Doctor, Specialist or anyone in the medical field listen to what the patient is telling them about the symptoms he/she is having or how they're feeling. So far so good. If you find a physician that doesn't listen attentively walk away and don't return. Plain and simple.

Was waiting to get my surgery done and told not to eat for obvious reasons.....so I didn't eat. While waiting for the procedure to be done, hospital worker comes in with a tray of food at lunch. Me: "I don't think I can eat, I'm supposed to have surgery soon and I don't want to screw anything up with the timetable......are you sure about this?" Her: "You can eat, you aren't having your op today..... You aren't on the schedule for today. Here is a cheeseburger and fries." Me: "Ok.....If you say it's OK, whatever...I guess I'l... read more

Their bariatric team is full of it. Someone needs life saving surgery and they are giving a patient the run around for a year. LAZY DOCTORS! beware. Go to doctors that care . Staten Island University Bariatrics care! #ShameonYou

Today is my 10th days as an inpatient in this hospital at 10 Center. I was admitted through an ER having trouble breathing as a chemo side effect. I am also currently a cancer patient at Ruttenburg Cancer Cencer. They are professional caring everything I needed and double check twice to make sure I do well. I true appreciated by their great service!

Really wish they'd be a little quieter cleaning the shared room. I haven't been able to sleep a full night through each night, because they turn on the lights, see me asleep, turn the lights off on my half, then clean like a bull in a china shop. The doctors aare great.

Came to ensure I'm not having a miscarriage I see the cleaning lady more than the nurses/doctors. She came in 3 times to clean I'm in my gown with nothing under and leaves to door wide open. Where is the privacy?!! sitting here for nearly an hour and no one is telling me anything or seen me, but Im still bleeding ! This is beyond ridiculous I am beyond livid! Never again
