Very good hospital in all aspects doctors and nurses very nice and get the job done ✅
This hospital is top notch. The entire staff were amazing. I especially want to thank and recognize the Kidney Transplant Team, on top of being fantastic surgeons they are well rounded individuals who enjoy what they do and take pride in helping everyone they can within their power. I can not express how wonderful they all are. I love this hospital.. I can remember every experience.. They took such good care of my bff when she lost her eye site.. Her transplant went so well.. Now my family members are there a husband have his wife one of his kidneys which is so awesome.. They both are doing wonderful in fact he's home today, and she will be home in a few more days.. To the entire staff, doctors, nurses. Thanks for doing your jobs well.. Also their emergency room took great care of me as well way back in2008.. Thanks a bunch.

I have never seen so many insensitive people in the medical field as I have seen at Mount Sinai. I expected more from this hospital. I had to wait three hours to get a blanket!!! and it was very very cold inside the ER. I also has to wait over 5 hours to get a painkiller. No one cared when you spoke up, They put me in a side closed room and over two hours no one came to check me or to see how am i feeling. long waits, rude services. Worst experience ever.
They were polite and professional
I loved how caring every staff member was to me when I was in their care. I really joined being there after my cervical surgery.
Great Cafeteria, I like to eat Healthy foods, Friendly Doctors/Nurses.
I love Mount Sinai. My dad had surgery with a vascular surgeon Dr. Elizabeth Harrington & she was amazing with all his appointments and care. He's been under her care for years & we're very happy with her. As for myself, I've had nothing but misdiagnoses elsewhere & decided to give Mount Sinai a chance. Dr. Yousef Ali in rhematology was amazing. He was like finding a needle in a haystack. He listened to my symptoms, had ideas of various things it could be, did proper testing, diagnosed me & helped me tremendously with my pai... read more
