So far it sucks my mother is still in the er some thirty plus hours after suffering her sixth stroke smh
Horrible filthy dirty.
They thew me out because I kept crying I was in so much pain. Suffering from cancer. They almost made me kill myself cause I didnt know where to go bleeding from my Virginia.. They didn't wanna help me didn't even send me across the street to memorial Sloan just escorted me out. SHAM ON THEM AN I HAD INSURANCE FULL COVERAGE
I've been going there regularly for almost 3 years now. Everyone is extremely kind and the doctors are excellent at what they do. They do what they can to make sure your time there is comfortable and you can leave as soon as possible.
I've never seen a hospital make you feel so comfortable

The quality of the clinical care is excellent at this premier NY medical center. But there is more to medicine than the technical aspect: there is the human touch. It is sorely lacking here.The clerical and support staff are disengaged, unsympathetic, inefficient, and don't seem to care very much. The nurses, with a few notable exceptions, seem to see themselves as wage laborers and not dedicated professionals. If you need a highly complex, risky procedure, this is the place to be. 0n our way home from Hospital..we met some of the best Doctors and nurses at MT Sinai ..they were the most professional ,friendly and truly caring people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They made a very scary situation a lot easier and comfortable for my daughter i will never forget them! thank you so much for everything!!
