I am very surprised at the service I got today. One of the receptionists went out of her way to help me get my NHS app sorted out. Many thanks.
After 2 Qualified Drs at Basildon Hospital carried out an ultra sound Scan reassured me a referral would be made to Shoulder Specialist/Surgeon. Thankfully after several attempts of trying to get app with Qualified Physio. This took me 4wks. Meanwhile i requested my results from receptionists who was very hesitant to give me, eventually she then informed me “I’d have no need for results to be printed as my results were Normal”. I politely reminded Receptionist if they were Normal why had I been given different diagnosis at t... read more
