A poor excuse for a doctor's surgery. Try getting an appointment then they are more interested in fobbing patients off than treating them. Happy to prescribed without asking all the correct questions. Also, they appear to ignore correspondence from specialists too.
Absolutely shocking…..tried 3 weeks ago for an appointment told 3weeks waiting list for an appointment. Called today for 1 hour 35 minutes started 14th in the queue 1hour 35mins later still 5 in front of me! Gave up! Worse than New Surgery which really saying something!
Personal experience of dealing with the Receptionists at this practice has overall been appalling! Argumentative, talking over the top of you and showing little, if no concern for the patient in question! Worst of all is cutting calls off before answering calls!! Unfortunately I have to deal with this practice on behalf of my Brother in law and Sister in law who are in their mid 80’s.
I am very surprised at the service I got today. One of the receptionists went out of her way to help me get my NHS app sorted out. Many thanks.
After 2 Qualified Drs at Basildon Hospital carried out an ultra sound Scan reassured me a referral would be made to Shoulder Specialist/Surgeon. Thankfully after several attempts of trying to get app with Qualified Physio. This took me 4wks. Meanwhile i requested my results from receptionists who was very hesitant to give me, eventually she then informed me “I’d have no need for results to be printed as my results were Normal”.
