The staff are so helpful and will go the extra mile if needed. The Doctors I see are just wonderful, so patient and listen and help
Hi, I recently had an urgent appointment at the surgery. I saw Doctor George Friday morning 6/2/26. She examined me and immediately said I need to go A & E, which I did with my brothers help. On arrival at Broomfield they discovered that I had badly blocked archeries and needed to go to Basildon Cardiology department for an immediate operation. Without the intervention of Dr George I may not of been around. I cannot thank her and the team for the excellent attention they gave me. May this continue. Robin
Phone service laughably bad. Receptionists need training in interpersonal skills. Admin doesn’t seem to function. GPS rather imperious. In short, there are plenty of better surgeries about.
Absolutely nightmare to get an appointment & Receptionist that I spoke to today was so rude and unhelpful, the phrase ‘jobs worth’ springs to mind. Raised her voice at me then told me not to raise my voice at her! The same Receptionist told my husband that it wasn’t important for him to make his annual blood test to check for prostate cancer. Hideous member of staff!!! Will be making a formal complaint about her
