Not impressed. Given part exchange of £50 for my car with a full tank of petrol. Saw my car a few months later and i have no idea how they had managed to get it through an Mot. Don't go to them for part exchange unless you have an empty tank and a very short Mot and no possibility of passing a new one. That's my experience maybe I was unlucky
I don’t think I’ve ever bought a car from a more helpful garage. I purchased a car which unfortunately had some issues after buying it but they were more than willing to help resolve the issues without any problems. Even gave me a curiosity car while mine was being fixed. Would definitely buy from them again and would recommend them.
Have purchased my second car now from Moulsham cars. I highlighted a couple of issues prior to buying, which was resolved prior to collection. A small business with providing the best for their customers. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. 5* Thank you again.
I bought a Fiat 500 from Moulsham Motors and from the beginning Sam made me feel very comfortable and he was open and honest. I have had a couple of things go wrong with the car but it was under warranty and they were so responsive and professional, I cannot fault the way that they dealt with the issues. I would recommend this company
Went in to speak with them about a car and the man at the desk on the left was unbelievably rude. Largely dismissing what I said and cut me off several times mid sentence. Manners cost nothing. Poor manners cost you customers.
