Terrible surgery, terrible inhumane care, reception staff need training, the surgery looks uncared for and like dump. They have new security cameras , when actually if they trained their staff and had doctors who actually cared and wanted to help people and gave the place a lick of paint it would go a long way. I have been a patient with this surgery for 13 years. It impossible to see a doctor and when you are lucky enough to get an appointment they rush you during consultation without proper treatment. My daughter is type 1 diabetic and she is under the care of hospital but the surgery has been keep reviewing her medication sometimes make impossible to access insulin! Horrible to try and get any sort of appointment
My wife had a cateract opperation and was given a limited amount of prescribed medication and a letter regarding this to her GP which we handed to the surgery at Moulsham the same day . Five days later the prescribed medicene was still not on her records so we attended the surgery and said the medication will run out at the weekend and we will need some more. The receptionist said that my wifes records had not been updated and took a copy of a second letter we had and assured us that it would be sorted that day. No. On the F... read more
Usually pretty good but unfortunately today I'm in a lot of pain and the earliest appointment they can offer is over a week away. It's sadly indicative of the state of the NHS. This will lead to more clogged up A&E, and I do question how things are so busy. Spent an hour on the phone today, 20 people ahead of me.
