I visited the dealership due to an issue with the rear single seat release and folding mechanism, which is currently not functioning. As the seat cannot be removed, it is significantly affecting my ability to use the vehicle for work purposes. It’s been 8 months since my purchase and still waiting for second key, wheel to be sorted, not to mention locking wheel nut is missing. After many attempts to contact the vw van centre and leaving messages with the manager, writing a complaint, still nothing. Go ahead and purchase from them if you wish to be ignored, listen to empty promises and get stuck with a flat tyre one morning, which you can’t do anything about without the missing locking wheel nut. Completely useless.A complete waste of my time and cost to my business.Had my van booked in for a diagnostic test,arrived at 9am to be told it's not booked in until next month.I had the email to say this was not the case,it clearly was booked in on the 18th June.Then stated to me we have not got the ABT software,more than likely you forgot to order it.Will never use these clowns again.
Andy Vickerton looked after me very well when I came to view & test-drive the ID.Buzz I'd identified via a web site as probably suiting my needs. Before my visit, he sent me a personalised video of the vehicle and answered questions from me promptly. During my visit, Andy was most hospitable and put me at my ease.
