I am deeply disappointed with the services and the fake promises The owner named “Adnan” gave me. He sold me a car that was falsely advertised on AutoTrade. Doing this on behalf of a dear old friend… He purchased a car from this company ( autotrader ) on 19/2/24 It was delivered to his house and left on his drive ( no one in at the time ..poor comms from company re delivery ) Within two days the car started showing numerous warning lights and subsequently went into limp mode ! He asked for his money back within the 30day cool off period and was told NO. Turns out the vehicle had been bought by ‘we but any car’ in 2023 it had over 250,000 at the time!!!!! The worst experience I have ever had buying a car. These guys are so unprofessional, rude and aggressive. Bought a car from them and a day later it broke down and was not safe to drive. I contacted Motorwayz who did agree to fix the car since I had just bought it from them (legally they have to anyway, regardless of warranty). After them having it for several days they said the car needed new glow plugs and that they would cover the cost of labor but wanted me to pay for parts. Great customer service and great price on the van would definitely recommend and buy from again can't fault or complain 10/10
