Purchased a car 2 years ago. The car has only drive 60 miles since purchase (bought for son who never learnt to drive). The roof had been previously repaired and failed this summer, the filler that had been used cracked and erupted over the whole roof exposing the metal beneath. The garage are not interested and told us "they knew nothing about it" therefore it's not their problem. Now starting legal proceedings.

Ok it isn't the tidiest or organised place I have visited but I knew what I was looking for and I found what I thought was worth a try Hyundai i30. I didn't need a test drive just took in the details which were available and a good look over It turned out to be what was described so as I got it home cleaned up and got it how I wanted it I'm very pleased with my purchase after 6 weeks now. I bought a great car from here for a fair price, the dealer is polite and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Everything was transparent and so far no issues with the car, and since it comes with 6 months warranty I feel confident it'll be sorted if there is. Only minor improvement to recommend is a little more attention to detail inside, some of the internal fittings were loose and have not been repaired properly. These are quite an easy fix myself though and it wouldn't stop me using the garage again or recommending.
