Recently collected my new car from mark at Motorshift very nice guy and helpful,had an issue almost straight away with the engine light coming on but returned and it was sorted immediately as had a long drive home to Scotland,overall a good experience so far
As I am not a frequent used car buyer, so I had the usual fears of being ripped off or mislead in someways when I need to buy a used car. Motorshift smashed that worry into oblivion. Excellent salesman Mark never tried the hard sell or any other tactic. The car I bought had a few paint scuffs on it when I test drove it, but I was assured these would be removed when I purchase the car. I trusted Mark and he did deliver. All staff were extremely polite, professional and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend.
Customer service appeared good at first. Although the car had 55,000 on the clock, not the 50,000 advertised. I collected the car, which looked really smart. However when driving it home realised the clutch is faulty and the air conditioning doesn't work. Not really safe to drive. Hoping they will work with me to resolve all issues swiftly or refund.
