Purchased an Audi Q7. Helpful and patient, car exactly as described. We said we'd be an hour, but had a puncture on the way. Very understanding and held on for us to arrive. I took a friend who is in the motor trade for advice, and we both went over the car with a fine tooth comb. Again this was no problem and was completely transparent. Also came with an 18month engine and gearbox warranty. Would happily deal with motor express again in the future.
