Bought an engine off them engine got delivered to the garage the mechanic tried to fit the engine to my car only to realise its the completely wrong engine with the wrong engine code got in touch with them they said they will send a fly wheel out mechanic tried to fit the engine with the new flywheel still wouldnt work cause its still the wrong engine got in touch multiple times about the engine and they say the same thing they need to speak to the garage so I send them the number to the garage and I never hear back from the... read more
Drove from Derbyshire side of Sheffield for an hour to pick up a part that was no longer there, to say I was fuming is an understatement. The company called me after finding a part I wanted on BreakerLink, they talked to me in detail about how I could collect, gave me their address and discussed collection on my day off (Friday), after travelling nearly an hour, I waiting there only to be told they haven’t got the part. Lesson don’t trust blocked they don’t seem to appreciate peoples time is precious.
Horrible service, guy called Adam comes across nice at first but is very cunning. I bought an engine complete without the gearbox for almost 5k , originally told me 7 - 10 days, then said they’re behind and will be shipping out on 11th day mark, then on 14th day apologised and said the delay was due to a faulty part, then promised will be shipped asap.
