The only positive I can mention is the lovely lady on servicing – she was kind and helpful, but clearly overworked, which meant the service itself ended up being poor. The whole place feels depressing to even be in, and from start to finish I was made to feel like I was putting them out, as if I was an inconvenience rather than a customer.
