Ordered via ebay, item given Royal Mail tracking number but not received by Royal Mail and still not showing a week later. Contacted Motormec by ebay messaging who responded by offering a refund which I accepted then nothing, no refund, no item, no one will pick up the phone on either contact numbers. Will have to get my refund through ebay. Avoid if you can and purchase via an alternate seller or parts company.
EDITED... Appears Motormec have new phone system in place and although i was ringing them, my call was not registering on their system. Paul at Motormec replied via review...called him..explained issues...got his colleague Andy to call me... Very impressed with customer service skills...sadly didnt have part i needed..but will consider using them in future... Thanks guys Tried ringing... rang and rang and rang and rang... 10mins and no-one answered
