4 weeks I've been trying to get hold of Colin. No text or call back imagine if I actually bought a bike and had a warranty issue. Because of the distance I live I don't actually want a warranty but I have no chance of it honoured because they never answer the mobile. You don't need to take mine or the other reviewers review as truth, just try and call them., In addition on trying to buy a bike, god help me if I had a warranty issue.
Absolutely useless ar answering a phone , took time off work and took two trains to come buy a bike to be told it'd sold on the way there , and hasn't updated where the actual shop is on his Facebook page, useless!!!!!
Small selection of bikes and gear, but fairly priced. Great personal service. Will be visiting again!
