Ate at the lodge diner food was great service a little slow could have used more Wait staff
Always amazing. � The buffet is the best I've ever been to.
Stayed for the one night free hotel deal. Room was beautiful, looked over the city. Enjoyed the lunch buffet, tons of options and yummy. Only downside was that I couldn't find my favorite machine, the Lord of the rings machines. Must have moved them or got rid of them.
Best hotel in Detroit. Definitely staying here on my next trip in April
Such an amazing place been to the other casinos/hotels nearby this one surpasses them! Had so much fun in the casino and the rooms are super nice. Everyone was friendly and very helpful!
We arrived at 4 to check in to be told our room wasn't ready and had to wait 45 minutes. We than had to rush to get ready for the Halloween party we were attending downtown. When we came back we were harassed by the security guard outside and was being told we couldn't come in even though we told him we had a room and showed our keys. He was so insistent that we weren't to go to casino even though we had no interested. We just wanted to go to our room and go to bed. We arrived at 4pm for check in and had to wait 45 minutes because our room wasn't ready yet. We noticed a lot of other people were also waiting as well for their rooms. We were offered an appetizer buffet as well as breakfast though, which did make up for it. The rooms are nice but there is dust on some overlooked shelves and a broken towel rack in the bathroom. I loved my experience! Almost everyone was so kind and friendly. The room we stayed in was super nice and the food was awesome!
Checked at desk first. Was told only had a king bed. Then went online and got what we needed cheaper. ??????
