I have stayed at the MotorCity hotel several times and loved it. I can say after my last stay Friday night that the hotel has gone down in quality and service. We had a terrible smell (like rotten eggs) coming from the bathroom drain. We called and they said someone would come and look at it. Not sure if they came as we were not in the room all night but the smell never did go away. This is where we go just give a little splurge to ourselves l have used the rooms many times and I am very happy and I'm very picky person been in house cleaning years ago again staff is sweet maybe you'll get someone that just had a bad day just like at every other business. . The beds are incredible and of course you've heard about the wonderful food I would suggest trying it again it does sound like a horrible experience . So long as they give me the free night's stay that I earned by playing for over an hour and jointing their rewards club, I won't change my review. It's a nice place.
I reserved a Deluxe King Corner Room yesterday to celebrate my boyfriends Birthday & we expected a room on the corner of the building not at the end of the hall. The room was a disappointment for the price. We had reserved two nights and the hotel could not accommodate us in the same room for both nights.
The Hotel was clean and the food at the Restaurant was awesome
Better then Greektown. Never go back there Polite people at. Motor city
Exceptional service, room, amenities and overall hotel. Everything is tech savy and on point, down to the valet service. I would recommend and stay again.
Love these rooms the set up is perfect and makes me feel at home the food is amazing
A great place to have fun at. When you play for the first time you get a free room when you play for an hour.
