Great � place fit good food, gambling, meeting people, entertainment, shopping or just hanging out.
My friends took me for my 1st time to MotorCity on Thursday for early birthday celebration and overnight stay. Very clean, hotel parking is the best! Can't beat signing up for the Metro card and getting $10 and a free room after an hour of play!! I'll be reserving that room soon!! I had a great time, wish I had won something though LOL
SERIOUSLY!!!! you (MotorCity) cancelled my reservations because of some stupid computer glitch!!! I will NEVER come to your casino/hotel ever again! You treat your guests awful and have zero customer service! I am extremely disappointed and very sad/upset! I booked my reservations back in AUGUST (it is now November) and you cancel them. UGH.... you only give me 5 days to find another hotel. My babysitter is booked, car rented, and dinner reservations have already been made for the special occasion. Unbelievable.
Play an hour stay promotion is CRAP! They don't tell you they bump your reservation as they see fit and say too bad. Thanks for ruining our couple weekend last minute. Tickets purchased, sitters lined up, kennel reservations made. May not EVER return here this was horrible customer service.
Just received a call from them that they are cancelling my 2 rooms for Saturday night due to a computer glitch. What am I supposed to do now...I booked the rooms months ago....infuriated!!!!
Really great food clean room and common areas BEAUTIFUL views no money won but ample slot machines can't wait to get back
Very nice place and great service! Had a blast! Clean and neat! Awesome bathroom with nice tub and shower.
Bait and switch was in full swing tonight. They send you a voucher for $15 off of a turkey, then "run out" - then, they give you $15 in free play so you give it right back to them. You would think that if they send out vouchers, they would have enough to go around. Yep...bait and switch
I had fun on Halloween. They could've paid more but I still had fun!!
