Have tried to contact them regarding a company van they have had for over 2 weeks now no one answers the phone have called a few times for the past 4 days. Ridiculous and there is no other was to contact. Terrible service.
Considering how every single product/service is asking for a review nowadays, I typically can’t be bothered. However, this company is probably given me the best customer service I’ve ever received. Jon in particular, however the whole team were friendly and helpful, willing to go beyond the norm, particularly as I wasn’t technically a customer as via a third party. I hope to never be in the position to ever need them again obviously but if I do, no hesitation I’ll return here.
Brilliant customer service I dealt with Jon and Justin who were friendly polite and very knowledgeable and kept me up to date with my repair Only downside was time the repair took as it run over by 3 weeks But yhe repair was very good
