I waited 6 years to get my car back and it’s still not fixed, even after spending £6000+. An engine replacement does not take 6 years. Had my car booked in for an MOT at 10.40am today (I wrote the time straight into my diary and even repeated it on the phone, as my day is run to the minute with appointments). Turned up at 10.35am and he said, “should have been here at 10am as that’s when it was booked”, and went to slam the door in my face. from my experience, this guys don't know what they're doing and perform shady business practices. They will say your car has xyz faults, proceed to fix only one of said issues, then suddenly ignore other faults and charge you as if they fixed everything. 2 months later , again same issues. I don't really care if you are simply incompetent at your job , my issue lies with the lack of transparency and disrespectful tone of the tester in combination with the poor quality of service.

I had my brake pads changed there. They have put cheap pads (never been asked which one I would like). They have ruined my disks. I went there and nobody took responsibility they just said event is fine when obviously it’s not. Now I have to get my disks and pads only after two months. Very unprofessional services.

Fantastic service. Just had mot on our motorhome. Fast, efficient service at a great price. Highly recommend.
