Over 18 months ago I bought a car from Motor Giants owner who had the same business albeit called Motor World.. The car had faults only discovered when I took possession of it. I wanted the car returned under the Consumer Rights Act and a refund given. The car was collected by the company and no refund was forthcoming over the course of many months.
