I placed a deposit just yesterday to secure a vehicle, only to find out today that they’ve gone ahead and sold it to someone else. No explanation. No apology. No respect for the agreement. Such a bad experience. When we picked up the car on collection day Snowy kept us waiting a long time while he was sat in the car with the engine running. Told me he was doing a software update which i thought was odd as the cars 2009. Then he eventually took us into the portacabin and kept us over an hohr or so in there. Messaging back and forth on his phone a lot and the car was taken to the garage they use for some reason. All this began to make sense in the coming days.
