Extremely disappointed with the front desk and billing service at Motherhood Hospital. The administrative staff is completely uncoordinated and not in sync with the doctors' desk, leading to endless and unnecessary delays for basic tasks. The front desk team appears poorly trained, clueless about basic customer service, and unfamiliar with simple billing procedures. Very disappointed with the lab test facility. Gave the test in the morning and I was asked to come in the evening after 6 for reports as it cannot be sent on email or phone ( don’t know the reason). Came back at 7:30 and clinic is closed. No one and no where have mentioned about the operational time. Just a money minting hospital with no empathy to the customer. For them a person is just a patient id .
Only thing they are good at making money if you are rich please go for this hospital
