We rented our place via Mostyn for five years and I can honestly say they are one of the nicest and professional estate agents I have ever come into contact with. Not only did they always respond to our needs in a positive way but they also went beyond the call of duty at time (like when my partner locked himself out the flat). Thanks a million guys
Without doubt the worst letting agency I have come across. I rented from them for 2 years on Maycross Avenue Morden and when I complained about a un flashed chimney breast that was allowing damp and mould to grow on the wall of the living room I and my young family were evicted. No rent arrears, no complaints an almost perfect tenancy until I asked for a problem to be fixed. I spent christmas in St Geroges with my son with pneumonia.
