Mostyn Estates effectively "own" the town of Llandudno which is a shame given that they're an incredibly selfish bunch of money grabbers who are only interesting in extracting as much cash as they can from the town whilst given back absolutely nothing in return. It's a shame they can't be booted out as the town would be far better off without them.

The only place where you can rent at a reasonable rate. Private landlords have jacked rental rates up to a ridiculous level. Yet mostyns have given me, and many others, a place to live of superior standards and yet at more than affordable rates. In most cases they're significantly cheaper than the competition. If you want to live and not be bankrupt, rent with mostyns.
