The title for my new beautiful loaded Buick Lacrosse came in the mail today. It is an 2017. The title has 2015. After checking the registration it also has 2015. I brought the title over to the dealership. I asked the finance manager to fix it. He was not nice at all. I found out that he can yell way louder than me. It took a shouting match on the showroom floor for him to hand me back my title. I did the leg work and brought it to the state myself. Not good service once they have your money. I expect better. Bunch of liars who try to take advantage of people who don't know any different. They lied to me and told me something was broken when they didn't even touch it. Had someone else fix it and it only cost me $12 when they were wanting to charge me $400 to replace stuff that didn't even need to be replaced! I will never go there again.

I went through Kelley Blue Book and Mossy picked up the offer and bought my jeep within a few hours no haggle and they paid me more than the offer.
