From the day of purchase through two oil changes my experience with Mossy Motors has been excellent.
Incredibly rude and unprofessional. Salesperson Trae Gary and the owner especially. We went in last night to talk about buying a truck, made an agreement to talk to the bank and set up the purchase the next day because it was close to closing time. Not even a full 24 hours later and as we are sitting in the bank signing off on the loan, we make the call to Mossy to tell them we are headed there and the truck had been sold right from under us with NO warning.
