My salesman was Johnny on the spot from start to finish. ASK for Chris Hubert. FRANK, the Sales Manager is very honest and respectable. He made what could have been a nightmare for me a perfect situation and he is to be commended for his professionalism and respect to the customer. My husband and I had a great experience at Mossy of picayune! Our salesman, Russell and Mr. Keith, manager were so down to earth and so easy to talk to without feeling pressured at any moment. They really wanted us to get what we wanted at a great price! And that we did! Great customer service! They treated us like people and not another sale!
Service department is a joke. Some of the most incompetent and rudest people I've ever been around. Do not tell people you close at one then the customer arrives you decide to close at 12!
I love the way they treat their customers and the service is always good
