Fantastic doctors nurses and reception staff
Amazing reception staff, always so polite and friendly, the same goes for the doctors.
Very disappointed with Mossrnd Doctor Surgery. It’s become almost impossible to get an appointment — you’re either waiting on hold for ages or told to call back the next day. Even when you do get through, the reception staff can be quite unhelpful and dismissive, which makes the whole experience really stressful, especially when you’re unwell. came here to try help my situation as I haven’t been able to catch my breathe Barly able to do normal tasks without running out of energy got a lovely greeting from the receptionist who humiliated me saying it’s not appropriate to come to the surgery wearing jammies(long sleeved and long trousers) I personally didn’t see this as a problem but left me in tears talking to the doctor as it was extremely embarrassing and made me uncomfortable
Very polite receptionist guy. Can’t remember the name but female doctor is amazing as well.
